I’m a soul coach and business mentor, and I am blessed to spend my life supporting beautiful, spiritual women like yourself create wildly authentic, abundant lives (and businesses!), that feel yummy, liberating, and most importantly YOURS.

My healing journey has been a wild one, and I used to be the most stressed, self-esteem in the floor, anxious, depressed hot mess you ever did see. In the last 15 years, I’ve triumphed over an eating disorder, anxiety disorder, chronic pain, sexual trauma, depression, toxic relationships, whatever it’s called when you’re broke AF ….and that’s just the beginning.

I once was so lost, I just googled “how to love yourself.” What I didn’t know is that ONE moment would lead me to where I am today. Married to my rockstar/king/soulmate/best friend, running a six-figure online coaching business, working less than 20 hours a week, making + releasing music, happier, healthier, and more ALIVE than ever.

So, what exactly do I do? I connect you directly to Source, to your magic. I help you rewire your subconscious mind, master your energy, and LAND alllll of the brilliant spiritual techniques in your body + on earth so they become WHO YOU ARE. Freedom, simplicity, integrity, and authenticity run my business, and so does skinny-dipping, dancing in the mirror, my pleasure practice, Pilates, mother earth, and my wild woman energy.

I realized I was absolutely born for coaching. I was leading small groups of personal development, starting communities, + guiding others to healing by the time I was in third grade. I’m a Sagittarius sun + North node (aka spiritual seeker + master of expansion), a Human Design Manifestor (re: on earth to SPARK + CATALYZE growth), and a former high school english teacher (the OG life coach).
